Both P1 classes have been settling into their new classes this term, have a look at the fun we have been having!
Literacy
In Literacy, we have really enjoyed listening to lots of different nursery rhymes, such as Incy Wincy Spider and Humpty Dumpty. We made spider webs with paper plates and wool to help us practise our fine motor skills and then we became mini- scientists to predict and test what would stop Humpty Dumpty breaking when he fell off the wall.
Our topic this term is Colour. We have been working hard to mix colours using paint. Check out our fantastic work.
As part of our topic we have been reading all about Elmer and her adventures with Wilbur. We created our own pictures of Elmer and wrote about the colours we used.
